2011 – 2013
Streamline Verify is founded by CEO Joe Stefansky to fix a problem every compliance team knew well: checking staff and vendors against the OIG’s List of Excluded Individuals and Entities by hand was slow, repetitive and easy to get wrong.
2014 – 2016
Screening expands well beyond the LEIE. State Medicaid exclusion lists, OFAC, the Death Master File and licensure sources are added, and full roster uploads replace one-name-at-a-time lookups.
2017 – 2020
Automation becomes the heart of the platform. Full-population screening, exact-match auto-confirmation and scheduled monthly runs cut client compliance workloads by an average of 60%.
